tortillas

first rule of making homemade tortillas: make a lot!
second rule: that probably still wont be enough.

tonight i made homemade flour tortillas..... i hate buying them at the store because the price is too high compared to the quantity. especially when you consider the ingredients are not that costly....

so i made 3 dozen for the price of a pack of 8.. haha
......winning!!!!

I get lazy sometimes and just buy them, when my children were growing up  a different story.  They though they had to have them for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. My youngest ones favorite snack was  fresh tortilla, butter and green chili. But it seems like   it was tortillas every day.  I do miss those days though.

I don't think I have ever had home made tortillas.
