Whats the best thing to do on weekend for fun?do you do something with whole family or just your partner?

When the kids were younger we did things as a family, as they got older the kids of course became less enthusiastic about hanging with mom and dad. Now with the kids older, the wife and I do things together or with friends. Sometimes she's out with the girls and out with the guys, sometimes we're all together. Variety is the spice of life. 

We always tried to change things up and try new things with the hids as well. We took our kids everywhere from kayaking to botanical gardens to baseball games to fishing. Then if they really liked something we would go back to it.

Take a nice long walk in the forest.

I go Non-stop gaming or I just play with my Nieces lol.

When I had a busy work week, I like to sleep in late or lay in the bed and watch tv.

weekends,,,,,,,,,,,,  are just like the rest of the week for us.  We are retired but hubby does work part time so on his days off we go do something.   fishing,,  long drives,,,  nice walks in the evenings,,,  a lot of times it is just sitting on the front porch and watching the cars go by  LOL    Exciting huh ?

Take a breather from the strains of life and get some quality alone time. Play music, go on walks, play video games, read books, even do some cleaning. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to spend time with friends and family, but weekends can be very refreshing to take a step back and recharge alone.

My girlfriend and I had a nice weekend. We went out to dinner a few times. Went mini golfing, went to the pool and went and saw a band play last night too.
