hey everyone, so I'm an ultra newbie here. I did my first survey a little while ago and I believe I did it correctly, but I don't see the $1.00 that I was supposed to get.... did I do something wrong? This may seem like a stupid question lol but I literally know nothing about all of this and any help would be much appreciated!! Thanks

You may have to put in a ticket, and let them know that you did a survey and haven't gotten paid for it, go to the Get Help tab and start there.

If you did a survey correctly, you should always get a congratulation page or a thank you page. It will say something about your account being or getting credited. Did you get anything like this?

When you do a survey, be certain to take your time. Read the questions carefully. Leave the page open for a minute or two after getting the thank you or congratulations page.

Hi, welcome to FC!  Surveys usually take longer to credit, up to 24 hours.  After that I would put in a support ticket.  Also leave the final 'congrats' page open a couple of minutes after finishing.

First of all, welcome to FC! Secondly, congrats on actually not being DQ-ed on a survey haha!! For the most part, I get the disqualification page but if I get a 1 cent bonus, that is fine with me, many sites don't even give that. I don't work on surveys very often personally, I try to get my 5 cent minimum for the PTC through tasks first, then maybe videos, then move to surveys if needed. So again, welcome and very good luck to you!

Hi there, Ashley! I am also relatively new and am learning as I go along. Someone posted that it takes 24 hours for things to show up on your account and I do remember now that I read or saw that somewhere. It does seem a little bit overwhelming at first, but I am already starting to become more familiar with the site. I am enjoying learning about it all and enjoying earning the money.  Good luck with everything and take care!
