Strange homeless person with an awsome huge German Shepherd dog!

Once a week I go to this ice machine dispensing station to get ice.( the fridge/freezer died long ago) One day, I see this guy walking his huge GSD. The dog was so big, his head was bigger then my own fat head & could swallow it in 1 gulp!In the beginning, we just waved at each other & I pet the dog in passing. Today, he caught me as I was leaving to speak to me a moment. Next thing you know he's asking me if was a Christian,....any other time I'd just tell them I'm not interested but the dog distracted me. I love GSDs, they're my favorite breed. So, I let the guy, vent his preaching rants. I told him I was raised as a Catholic, he didn't know what a catholic was, which surprised me bc the Spanish Catholic's invaded Florida & converted the natives to the catholic faith before Christian was even a word! So, I listen but when I tried to express my opinion he kept on stopping me which really pissed me off! Another weirdo, who likes to hear himself talk! I wonder why do I attract bible banging radical psychos like these, I just wanted to get ice for goodness sakes!I don't think I can go there anymore to get ice. I'll miss seeing his gorgeous dog though.

Despite the gorgeous dog, I would be hesitant about going back to that place.

Hello!

I've never agree with people forcing their religion on others, you got to let people find their own way to God. Furthermore in the future try not to get distracted by dogs as you never know someone's intentions. You never know maybe he did that on purpose. Always be careful, I hope you find another great place to get some ice.

I talk about God, but I don't force my religion on anyone that does not want to talk about and on the other hand I expect the same respect from other people, Gays and transgender.  Like I said I won't force my beliefs on you but just don't  try to force your  feelings  down my throat. Respect each and every one is the only way we will all get along in this world.

I wouldn't hesitate to go, and just when he tries to talk to you, walk past him and don't let him stop you.  I always attract what I call 'Bible humpers' myself.  It's funny though because I'm Jewish so the minute they say 'I want to talk about the Bible' and I say 'I'm Jewish' they turn and leave.  It's like being Jewish is like being aesthetics or something.  We all read the same bible, we just don't read what I call 'the back half.'  But the truth is most 'Bible Humpers' only want to 'preach' about their interpretation of the Bible rather than have an intelligent conversation about it.  But if that place for ice is convenient for you, don't let him stop you.
