Driving to work

How far do you drive to work everyday or every week? I am less than 10 miles.
It takes about 15 minutes to get there. I save a lot on gas.

I drive four and an eighth miles to my day job and 4 and an eighth miles home from my day job. My goal is to take my scooter to and from work forty times this summer (I finished my seventh roundtrip today) and to ride my bicycle to and from work ten times this summer. I donate two hours at a remote location once a week so I need to either take my jeep which gets ten miles to the gallon versus one hundred miles to the gallon on the scooter or my daughters new corolla which gets really good gas mileage. I like taking the scooter/bike because it leaves less of a mark on our environment, it is so inexpensive and there is nothing like having the wind blowing on my face and through my hair (I actually manage to get a little tan which my wife finds hard to believe because I am always glued to my computer!

I drive 75 miles one way but I only have to make one round trip a week.

My commute is short .. about 15 mins with traffic but when I work night shift and am coming home at 3 am it's about 10 mins tops.

I drive about 12.4 miles one way to work during rush hour traffic. The commute takes about an average of 45 minutes.

It takes me about 5-7 minutes to get to work. A perfect commute for me. Hardly any traffic whatsoever!

It takes me between 15 and 20 minutes to get to work.

My commute is also short about 20 minutes in good weather but can be up to a hour in the winter.

I am just under 1/2 mile from my work, so it is usually a three minute drive for me, depending on a few traffic lights.  In the summer months, I often walk - unless I have out of the office meetings scheduled that require me to drive elsewhere extra.

When I used to work, I took public transportation to downtown, and it took me about an hour.
