We are going to stay home and  veg. with the Ac and just stay cool.  the lakes will be so crowded, and it is going to be so hot. The hospital is gearing up for a lot of sunstrokes. Happens every year. People think that just because they are  playing in the water it won't happen. Wrong and so many  sunburns. Not for me.

Happy 4th!  I am going on vacation with my family.  My favorite week of the year.

For the first time in years I will  get to celebrate July 4.  I retired 4 weeks ago.  I was working at Walmart and always had to work weekend and holidays.  I feel like a bird out of a cage.  Hope everyone has a nice weekend and may bless each of you and keep you safe.

Most years we have celebrated my deceased husband's birthday/life as it was on the 3rd and we combined it with July 4th festivities but this year no one has said anything and we just went out with his family for my younger son's birthday.  Also both sons have to work on July 4th so I don't know that we will do anything but everyone have a wonderful weekend and 4th !
