I have a large container of organic cold-pressed unrefined virgin coconut oil at home. I haven’t consumed it in a long time, but if I do, I use it in moderation. I use to add a tablespoon of coconut oil whenever I was making bread. It tastes and smells pretty good. I haven’t tried applying it on my hair yet.

It also helps with morning breath.  Not to mention it is all around healthy.  I try to consume it any way possible.

I have heard great things about it but have never used it. I do use tea tree oil for any skin related issues. I think it works great.

I've never used coconut oil, but I'm very interested in perhaps doing so in the future. I've heard is it quite healthy and useful for hair and nails. I'm not sure I'd want to consume it, though. But who knows, it might be very tasty! :)

I actually haven't tried Organic coconut oil.  I have thick/frizzy hair so I use Moroccan and Macadamia oil in my hair.  I found it makes my hair smoother, less tangled and easier to manage so I have to put less 'crap' in my hair to get it to look good.

Yes, that stuff is the best for the body inside and out. I use it for a lot of cooking also.

Yes I love it.  I use it for my hair, skin, cooking and once in while I'll eat a spoonful of it for the supposed health benefits.
