Organic coconut oil

Do you use coconut oil? I like use use it on my skin and hair.

I use it in my hair. I also oil pull with it and eat a little bit of it every day. It helps my stomach.

I just had a piece of oatnut bread spread with a little organic coconut oil.  I have it every morning. My grown son eats it on his toast.

Very healthy. Worth looking it up, and seeing all the benefits of it.  Make sure it is organic.

Yes I use coconut oil on my hair and skin; it gives a great shine.

 Coconut oil is excellent! I have used it for my skin and hair for over 2 years now! Coconut oil is also great as a makeup remover. I have also found applying a thin layer on your eyelids at night will grow your eyelashes!

I use coconut oil periodically as an ingredient, but from the saturated fat I hear about, I try to minimize use if I can help it. I have used it as a cream as well, but I didn't see any difference.

I don't use coconut oil at all. I think there's topical benefits for skin and hair, but it is not good for you to consume.
