Yes you can request your cash out to go to your paypal account. 

Hopefully, Paypal will not get an attitude with Fusion Cash like they did with one of my other long time highly respected PTC sites and boot them off.  I luckily still had a Payza account to get my  cash outs sent to but I prefer to keep all my money in paypal so that I can use it to do my shopping online.

Try using tasks for cashing out faster. You may need to have an account, but it's worth it. They have 0.5, 0.2, 0.50 etc. tasks that credit easily and truly. They're unlike surveys where you get kicked out after completing the entire survey. The surveys in the task area don't require qualifying for; so you save your time.

Change the payment method to Paypal under your account settings.
