Yes, I do understand. I am a person that if I start something I just have to finish it. It kills me to just leave, even though there are times that I just have to.

Yes, I like to start things that I have started but sometimes that is not possible and have to put down and come back to it later;but I try to not and do that often, throws off my concentration/train of thought so I prefer to finish if possible.

You right sometimes things come up and it may be awhile before you can get back to it but as I say, it will always be there waiting.

Yeah, but it depends on what you're doing that has to be continued, taking time out of a busy day to just hang around and relax, needs no continuous. But working outside on a very hot and humid day, oh yeah, now that is to be continued.

I feel like that practically everyday; it is very frustrating. Just when you complete one task, another one rears its ugly head to require your attention. Ugh!
