I love all sorts of fish and perch is my favorite.  Shrimp falls in second place.

I love fish from Captain D's, any fish that don't have bones in it, i will not eat, talapia, whiting, flander, shrimp.

I like to buy the frozen, vacuum packed salmon from Costco.  I defrost them in the fridge, and since they're vacuum packed they don't stink up the fridge.  No bones for easy eating :d

I LOVE fish, but do not like shellfish... My favorite is probably perch - which is in abundance where I live and is fabulous here!

 :heart: :heart: :heart: fish. It's heart healthy and I' m all for it. It can be somewhat pricey, especially for fresh ones. That's okay,I'd rather pay to eat the right foods now, than pay for health related issues later.

Yeah...cod, tuna, catfish, shrimp, crab, calamari and sardines (never had lobster).

I've always hated all kinds of seafood but recently I'm starting to like a couple things. Tilapia and salmon can be okay.
