I like to buy the frozen, vacuum packed salmon from Costco.  I defrost them in the fridge, and since they're vacuum packed they don't stink up the fridge.  No bones for easy eating :d

I LOVE fish, but do not like shellfish... My favorite is probably perch - which is in abundance where I live and is fabulous here!

We eat seafood fairly regularly. It's a welcome change from your typical meats.

  fish. It's heart healthy and I' m all for it. It can be somewhat pricey, especially for fresh ones. That's okay,I'd rather pay to eat the right foods now, than pay for health related issues later.
