I would look for something other than a drink, if you are trying to find something to keep you awake/alert.  Redhot jawbreakers are good.  Sunflowers seeds help.

There aren't a bunch that fill that bill.

... but you will have to stop for bathroom breaks no matter what you drink.

Unless you wear an adult diaper.   :-[

It won't keep you from having to relieve yourself, but anything with caffeine should do the trick - unless you are somehow immune to its effects.  Personally, I do not drink coffee or tea and I never drink caffeinated pop - have been off of it since my college days.  So a few months ago I was making about a 3 or 4 hour drive home with my family in the evening and I was dead tired.  Rather than risk it, I stopped at a convenience store and bought a bottle of Mountain Dew (that was my drink of choice in high school).  It absolutely did the trick!  Wide awake for the entire drive home. But a lot of that effect was due to my general limited caffeine intake otehrwise.  If you are already a coffee or Pepsi/Coke drinker, your experience may vary.

But be careful!  There was a teen in SC who recently died after drinking several caffeine drinks over the course of a few hours.  I think he had a coffee, a large soda, and an energy drink. A LOT of caffeine, for sure, but deadly?

And there will be more die.  And unfortunately their family will sue the drink maker company.  If you are stupid then you deserve to die.  I have seen many people suck on them energy drinks all day.  Guzzles 5-6 of the huge cans a day.  Any idiot should know that much caffeine can kill you.  Plus mix it with their crushed pill of choice and it is a deadly mixture for sure.

You are a very cold uncaring person if you believe   QUOTE   " If you are stupid then you deserve to die. "  and calling people with caffeine addictions  Idiots    "SHAME ON YOU "

You shouldn't drink anything at all while driving.  If you have to take long drives which you think requires that, then make pit stops.  If the idea is to stay awake then if in dire need (which I can't picture since even truck drivers make pit stops) then its anything with caffeine.

UI think it's dangerous to be drinking a beverage while driving. If you think you are getting tired, you can take a NoDoz.

I can't believe this is an actual question. You should be drinking water no matter what, even if you are driving.

The best beverage is water with lemon or possibly coffee with caffeine.
