Go to the hospital, nothing will work. GO    can be a heart-attack.   So Go NOW

Sometimes medical attention is a good idea; but, not always helpful.  And....if you feel that the hospital is a waste of time and money....

Did you experience this after an injury?

Do you have other symptoms that accompany the arm pain?

Has it gradually become a problem or was it sudden?

Hydrating well can be a solution to a lot of physical issues.

You could drink lots of water and get your calcium.  Calcium is a natural pain reliever.

Also, B vitamins are important for maintaining nerves.  Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Have a great day!

I went to my family doctor.  yesterday which was a waste of time. She gave me prednisone and said to rest it. She did a EKG and was normal  The pain is really bad. I have been using a heating pad

Sometimes if i have sit  wrong for  awhile,i will  get a pinched nerve  and it seems to hit both sides at once, i do go to a chiropractor who relives it.  But i get them because of a major car wreck years ago and my spine goes out  once in awhile.  It is such an odd feeling.
