I got my mom to sign up here and she's been a busy little bee enjoying the surveys and such, but i forgot about the Referral thing til after I had got her all set up. Is there a way to retroactively get that  or something? 

Unfortunately, no, it doesn't work retroactively, not as far as I know.  I've done that a couple of times with this site and others.   I just forget about the referral.   I try to think of it as I"ll get good karma for helping someone else earn some extra money.

What if you're broke can't afford the offers or don't have credit cards to make it work? What then?? I do a lot of the freebie stuff just to earn a little money, but can't do hardly any of the cash offers as they take a credit card. Even the ones that don't take credit cards have to use your personal info....send a bunch of junky emails I really don't have all time for.

I just try to keep my balance as double the date so its the 4th so I like to have at least $8 and I'm at $9.67 now. I usually try for at least one completed survey a day and do tasks if I have the patience and see a task that is fairly easy.

I reached $25.00 tried to cash out and it told me I need $15 more dollars of non bonus credits...Please help me understand sorry for being so confused thanks for your help in advance.

It is easy to understand.  You have to have at least $25 to cash out and at least $15 of it has to come from non-bonus credits.

Wow I've never reached $25 without having enough in non-bonuses so good for you! (sort of haha) You must've picked up some good referrals or something. I can't keep any of my referrals, they all bail out too soon
