I reached $25.00 tried to cash out and it told me I need $15 more dollars of non bonus credits...Please help me understand sorry for being so confused thanks for your help in advance.

They mean $15 worth in offers. This includes surveys, free offers, PTC, daily e-mail, and videos. So $15 of your cashout has to come from that. Paid to post, payment picture bonus, things like that are considered bonus credits.

On your account page it says how much is from offers and how much is from bonuses.  If you earned the majority of your money from bonuses(referrals, signup, etc) then you need to do more offers

FusionCash wants you to make a certain amount of money where they benefit more from before they pay you. Offers, such as videos and surveys, generate more profit from the companies that pay FusionCash to get them more participants and viewers. Bonuses, like survey disqualification and forum posting, do not lead to as great or even any profits for them.

You have to remember that FusionCash is a business. Like it or not, a business exists to make money through providing goods or services to customers. Be patient and you will get enough money from offers to cash out.

Always keep track of that! And make sure that you check that the OFFERS are of at least 15dollars before cashing out.
Offers is anything you "work for" (surveys, games..)
Bonus is anything you "win" (daily emails, paid to click, forum posting, proof of payment)

it can be a little confusing at first, but bonuses are things you get for "free" whereas offers are things you had to complete, surveys videos, etc

They Daily e-mail and PTC do count as "offers".  On your account page anything that is considered a "bonus" has a  large green + beside it.  Survey DQ's, monthly forum$3 bonus, payment picture bonus, sat/sun & tues/wed promotions and referrals are bonus.

I got my mom to sign up here and she's been a busy little bee enjoying the surveys and such, but i forgot about the Referral thing til after I had got her all set up. Is there a way to retroactively get that  or something?

Yes, it can be confusing.  They do have requirements and you have to be careful that you dont let your money sit too long because you will lose it.

What if you're broke can't afford the offers or don't have credit cards to make it work? What then?? I do a lot of the freebie stuff just to earn a little money, but can't do hardly any of the cash offers as they take a credit card. Even the ones that don't take credit cards have to use your personal info....send a bunch of junky emails I really don't have all time for.

I've cashed out every month since December 2011 and I've never paid for anything

Yup. It would be great if we can cash out when we reach 25 bucks. However, their rule is that out of the 25 bucks, 15 bucks have to be earned from doing video, tasks, etc, and not just from bonuses like posting in the Forum, survey disqualifications, etc.
