Dark Chocolate or White Chocolate?

I love all chocolate...but if I had to choose, probably dark chocolate!

I personally like milk chocolate.  I have heard that DARK chocolate is actually good for you.  Is this true?

        Heart Smart. Dark Chocolate, like a glass of red wine, contains some of the compounds that are beneficial to the circulatory system and seem to inhibit plaque formation in the blood vessels, especially in the coronary arteries.  Its not fast acting like an aspirin  taken at the onset of a heart attack. It does its job over time. And, like anything else, too much of a good thing is bad for you. Too much sugar, like too much booze will do more harm than good. I think the recommended dose of Dark Chocolate is about an ounce a day.
   All that said, I love chocolate. Dark, Milk, White, Cocoa, even chocolate flavored Cheerios. And I never stop at just an ounce! Just call me a chocoholic. Presented with the three basic chocolates on the store shelf, I will usually pay the few pennies extra for the 'healthier' Dark variety.

I knew about the antioxidant but this information is even better.  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE chocolate and all kinds of chocolate especially dark chocolate!

Dark - all the way.  Because when I want chocolate, I want to savor it, not just eat it.
