I wonder how they decide when you get paid.  Mine says 3 days.  I finish my 30 posts early and put in the request early (as to not forget).   

They pay everyone on the same day regardless of when you request it. It's generally the last day of the following month

No, they don't. I still have two days to wait before my payment clears, and obviously several others do as well.
