How are you trying to do the photo ? a screen shot ? a picture from you phone ?

I've tried as a screenshot on my phone. I emailed the picture to myself and tried to upload it on my computer...i'm at a loss though

 
We need to figure out what to do for you....  I have a screen shot app that's the neatest little thing i'll try and figure out where  i got it .. it was free and you can crop pictures ... can you crop the picture to just show whats needed ??   i'll start my hunt for the apps address !!

here is the app you want to find....  its a cool little tool i been using for months !!! as you can see  you can cut out small parts of the picture.... these will up load your check pictures or payments  just cut off the part you don't want any one to see... !! good luck
