I live in NJ and was kind of sad because I got one less hour of sleep... Oh well at least we are earning it back next November  :rainbow:

I dealt with it in Montreal this year and it wasn't as bad; possibly because I was pretty sick Friday and Saturday so I slept through most of the evenings since I still had to go to work.  I woke up Sunday morning with a headache that was so bad I stayed in bed.  Got over it pretty quickly.

I live in Massachusetts, and Daylight Savings Time is definitely hard on me! I could use that extra hour of sleep! However, I cannot lie...I do enjoy the later sunsets, so it's a sacrifice I am willing to make. Lol!

I live in Southern California and changed my clocks the night before. I actually like when we Spring forward. I like more daylight.

That's actually a delay in daylight.

They need to leave it at one time daylight or standard and stop all this changing.

We should just stick to standard time.

I like Daylight Savings but I hate getting up in the dark. I hope global climate change does not change the brightness of the Sun like smog blocking the sun's way.
