Have You Ever Ordered From A Canadian Pharmacy?

I was just comparing pricing between some prescriptions I have to have for an out patient surgery when I decided to check out several Canadian pharmacies.  I decided to do this because 2 of the 3 prescriptions I have to have are pretty pricey.  The overall price difference is about $180!  I checked to make sure where the particular Canadian pharmacies get their drugs and even chatted online with one representative to feel out how they handled things.  Everything seems to be good.

If you or someone you know has ever used one, what was your experience?  Did you receive your order in a timely manner?  Did everything seem to be as it should?  Anything I should ask or check?  Thanks for any input.

I have never ordered from a "canadian" pharmacy but there is a website you should check out it's called blinkhealth - my son has used them to order his meds and they are much cheaper.  The best part is you order and pay through them and then pick your meds up at your local pharmacy!  You might want to look them up.  Either way, good luck to you.

Never bought anything yet but considered different websites before.... for some medicines the price difference is so different.. like you said.. saving almost 200dollars... that is no joke!!

I have heard that there can be counterfeit drugs from online pharmacies that call themselves "Canadian" but are actually based elsewhere.  So definitely be careful and research the pharmacy before ordering!

No, but heard the prices are much cheaper than here in the US.  If your're looking to save money, I guess that would be another option.

A Canadian pharmacy is exactly that...a pharmacy based in Canada which has much lower healthcare pricng, including drugs.  I won't go into the pros and cons of the Canadian system, but if you go through each site's info you can see where they get their drugs.  Obviously, you don't want places like China, Turkey, Malaysia, or other countries that don't have nearly the same standards as the U.S.  However, if places like Great Britain and Australia are listed, it is not a problem.  Just do your research.. I would suggest an online chat as most such sites have them.  Ask your questions and go through the information already provided on the site.  One thing you need to be aware of is that getting your drugs may take much longer than going into a pharmacy here in America and getting them the same or next day.

No but I am not opposed to especially if it is a great deal cheaper and can get here when I need it to be.
