Video labs - Wasn't credited yesterday

I'm bummed out. Yesterday I was on Video Labs for over an hour. They didn't credit. I couldn't find anything else that I qualified for so I gave up. Found out that it was the Cloud that crashed. Came here today and yep...got credit now but because I didn't get the credit yesterday, lost out on PTC. That's not right. Not my fault it crashed.

THANK YOU FC!!! I just looked and I was able to do the PTC (unless it was a mistake). I didn't think we'd be able to do it because of the problem yesterday. Now don't disappoint me.
