Driving to work
« on: February 28, 2017, 04:27:10 am »
How far do you drive to work everyday and how long does
it take you? I drive less than 10 miles and it takes about 15 minutes with no traffic
issues.

I dunno - it's weird.  I can get there in 8 min.  Other days it takes me 10.  But when I walk... it always takes me a 1/2 hour.

Luckily I live very, very close to work. It usually takes me around 3 minutes to get to work.

I do not know how many miles I drive to work everyday. I know it takes me about fifteen minutes from my house to get there on average. I try to leave a little earlier though so  do not get caught by the train or something.

My drive is anywhere from 10 minutes to half an hour, it all depends on traffic and if there's an accident or anything.

Mine take 4-8 minutes.  My work is local so I don't have traffic at all

Me too! I live 1/2 mile from work.  When the weather turns nice I am going to try to start walking it again.

Six to ten miles every day in heavy traffic.                                                                              There has to be an easier way to make a living!

As for me, I don't have to drive to work every day, fighting traffic and rude motorists. So my hats off to you who have to do that.

I also drive less than 10 miles to work one way locally. It takes me between 8-10 minutes to get there. But if I transfer to another location that typically takes about 15 minutes may take me 30 minutes or more due to rush hour traffic on the highway.

I'm home bound right now because of a break dancing on the ice wipe out I had. But working on my own work at home business when I'm not doing surveys! So I'm not really to angry for the fall other than its not healing as fast as it should.  So I just drive my walker to the computer about 25 feet to work!!    :silly: :silly: :silly:
