Considering switching to low fat cheese
« on: February 06, 2017, 07:32:50 am »
I eat a lot of cheese in my diet, which is really fattening. I know a certain amount is healthy but I eat so much that I know it is unhealthy. I am considering trying to switch to low fat cheese. I've also been trying to cut back on the cheese overall. So many foods that I normally eat have cheese on or in them.

I switched to 1% milk awhile back.

You'd be surprised how much these things can make a difference.

It took awhile for me to notice changes, but I did.

We use 2% milk and I'm fine with that but not switching to low fat cheese.   I understand you say you eat a lot and maybe it would be healthier but I've tried it, taste is not the same.   Can't do it.

I too like cheese a lot. I do try to limit my intake. cracker barrel has a good 2% cheese in several flavors. I like to put cheese on a lot of my veggies if you shred it on salads or veggies you get good flavor without eating as much :rainbow: :peace:
