Do you attend parties?

Every post on here shows that we're all a real bunch of party poopers! Am I right?

Well, I like to be around people and talk, and/or eat, and/or dance. But if it's just an excuse to get drunk, you can count me out.

When I was a teenager, I was usually the designated driver (because I drank WAY less than anyone else) and I always wondered why puking your guts out was deemed so much fun by so many people.

I don't really care for going to parties. I am more of a home body, so I enjoy being home with family.

No not like I use to do when I was younger, if it is  with people who are retired like me and in my age bracket I do still enjoy, but I am not into some of the new music, I like old school R&B.

I don't like going to parties, but I enjoy throwing parties at my home (not where anything is sold like Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc.).  Just a small group of family or friends, no alcohol, good food & good fun. 

Holidays, Celebrations, Just Because....(and I LOVE doing "themed" parties!!)

When I was young I enjoyed parties at my house but not going to others. I felt I had more control over situations and less likely to get the law called. Nowadays, My idea of a party is a party tray and a good movie at home.

Besides the occasional invitation to go out to eat at restaurants with friends, I can't even remember the last time I was invited to a party except for family parties on holidays. I don't think I would be too crazy about going to one anyway any more.

I haven't been to a party in ages.  Just have no interest in going. I find the older that I get the more of an introvert I become and I don't have a ton of patience to deal with other people.

I was never a party animal.  Too responsible for my own good.

Now, I spend time with friends where we naturally end up with a party; talking, laughing, having drinks and sometimes there's a little bit of drama but it's all worth it.

I just turned 33 today and will have a party this Saturday.

In the past I went to plenty of parties.  I haven't been to one for a long time now.

It depends on who is having the party and what the party is for.

If I get an invitation, I will attend.  But I'm not the wild child I used to be.  Thank God.
