Weight lost plans

Anyone starting a weight lost plan this month? I have not started one, but I am going to reduce my sugar
intake. Sugar is my down fall.

oh gosh i need to...sugar isnt mine..bread is my weakness...not really big into sweets and meats..allergic to milk so that leaves a lot of stuff out..but bread i could live off of

I am going to just continue what I have been doing which is lose weight at a snails pace.  Every three months when I have my checkup I have been losing about 6 pounds or so.  Yep two pounds a month but I am 63 and have health problems so that is okay with me.

I recently lost 30 lbs and kept it off. However, I need to loose more. I'm still considered obese. So I am going to continue and try again. I've been eating healthy for the most part but it is very difficult around the holidays. I have let myself eat unhealthy for a little too long now.

 I started my weight lost/get healthy routine last year, I'm just keeping it with my routine.

I'm diabetic I am supposed to have a no sugar something, but just haven't done so.

probably not --but the best diet i have ever been on for me was Jenny Craig --i lost 100 pounds ! then had 2 kids and all that went out the window and then MS and Lupus have just got me down to where i just don't care --the food was expensive but so worth it !!

Over the past 3 years I've gained a few pounds (more than a few, actually)  I started with a new dietary effort yesterday.  Its starts with an online free subscription to "Devotions for Dieters."  I've failed to lose weight so many times, I'm turning to the Lord for help.  I'll keep you posted.

I have a goal to lose seventeen to twenty pounds by June. I also have a goal to keep my food expenses under two dollars and seventy four cents per day (roughly one thousand dollars a year). I am also looking at completing 2017 miles of walking/running/biking in 2017. I want to maintain an equal amount of protein and carbohydrates. I have stuck to a similar plan for the last two to three months so there shouldn't be a huge adjustment. I am making a tuna casserole for tomorrow which will cover several meals. I have yogurt, oatmeal and eggs planned for breakfasts. Ramen and salads planned for lunches. I will be trying to complete a minimum of six weight workouts per month and aiming for thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity per day.

Sugar is also my weakness.  I plan to start meal prepping and controlling my portions better.
