Hair guide

Have you ever purchased a hair guide to get tips on how to better take care of your hair? I  purchased a book and it really helps and discusses everything about hair from what a strand of hair looks like to how our heath affects our hair.

No, I haven't, but that sounds interesting. All I know is what I've learned via searches on the internet, mostly hair mask recipes and what to avoid that could have more damage, etc. (I dye my hair frequently and information like that is very useful to me! Haha.) :)

I've never purchased a hair guide. If I do have any specific questions I just search for answers. I've found a lot of good tips that way.

Use Google: Hair styles, hair treatments, hair services or any other hair problems.

I have not, but I am always interested in learning more about how to take care of it.  I know soe of my older relatives have thinning hair, I would like to see if I can do something before I get there.

No I never purchased a hair guide.  I normally just google hair care tips or something. I may look through magazines that are sitting around the office.

I haven't purchased any books on hair.
I have however, done many searches online for information.   Now days I think most information should be able to be found online for free.    Now I have an Amazon echo, it probably could give me hair information if I ask for it...   the wave of the future talking to a room & have a device answer you back... but I digress ;)

YouTube videos can be useful for that! However, I'd like to find some good beauty books.
