Car purchase or lease

Are you planning on leasing or purchasing a new car in the next few months? My lease is due in 7 months and I am hoping to get out earlier and lease another new car, if they have good deals. I usually lease a Chevy vehicle.

We do both and own two cars free and clear. My wife's work is only five miles away so leasing a new car is not a bad option for her. The problem is that she has been driving so many places this year that she may exceed the limits. Additionally she is not the most careful person in the world and I fear that she will sustain a few dings. My daughter has a two year old vehicle that has about two years worth of payments left on it. She is somewhat of a road warrior and, like her mother, not as careful. My son probably should not be driving due to his inattentiveness. We paid thirty five hundred dollars for a 1994 jeep Cherokee so that we do not have to carry comprehensive car insurance. I drive a fifty year old jeep-no payments and insurance is only ten dollars a month. Different strokes for different folks.

i put too many miles on my car to considering leasing . I have a friend that is leasing a chevy cruze and they like it.

I have never leased a car. I don't understand the value in that option. You still have to make a big down payment but you have nothing when your lease is over.
Explain it to me?

I bought a new car earlier this year.   I buy not lease because I drive my cars until the engine falls out.  I don't change every few years.  My last car I bought new and had it for 15 years.

Got a new/use car but I couldn't lease it, cuz  my credit wasn't good. Force to buy it out right but glad, cuz no monthly payments here!

I'm thinking about leasing my next car.   I would choose a lease so I can switch out the car every few years.  The monthly payments are so low too...

Never ever lease a car unless you want to have a new car every few years. You are just wasting money.
