I'm sorry but with grammar like that I don't find it surprising you find yourself unemployed. A teacher(of any sort) should not be using crap grammar and chatspeak.
I don't care if it's "the internet". Take an extra eight seconds and type out whole words.

Off topic, but I totally agree. Chat/Text speak drives me absolutely nuts.
