I did keep my News years resolution. I went to Citi field in new york for the first time and I love it. I can.t make the same resolution again because I am going to opening day

I did keep my 2016 New Years Resolution and am very glad I did. In 2015 I only aimed to run 7.5 miles a week for exercise but my 2016 New Years Resolution was to increase that to 10 miles a week which I did and I feel and look a lot better due to the increase. Even my ophthalmologist (whom I had not told about the increase) said she saw a certain improvement in the health of my eye which usually only comes about when a person increases the amount they exercise!
