FC Surveys tab gives an error 500 code...whats that?

Every time I log on to Fusion Cash and click on the FC Surveys tab in the upper right corner of my screen, I get some sort of error code saying error 500 and to either click the back arrow or to click the link provided. I have done both and nothing seems to fix this. I am a little discouraged as I don't have much further to go before I can earn my first $25 on this site. This is really frustrating. Can it be fixed? Should I do something on my end?

What happens if you try to go directly to the link? What browser are you using? You could've just hit the site during a short down period if it was working before

Try changing browsers. Log in and out. Reboot your computer. If this does not fix the problem, open a support ticket.

I do not recall ever having this particular problem on FC.

Welcome to FC. it's a really good site and I hope that you can get this problem fixed soon. Surveys can be a good way to earn.

  Did you ever get the problem fixed?   I've never had that happen to me before.

It finally worked itself out. I am not sure why it happened unless maybe FC was doing maintenance or something. Its working ok now.
