Who Has Started Their Christmas Shopping?

In the past, if I purchased gifts I tried to start early before thanksgiving when the stores were having some great sales.

I always start mid or late into buying stuff for my family.

I have, not much but some is better than none for me.  I like to start early.  I love buying Christmas gifts and sometimes go overboard but I love it.  Never spend more than I can afford so I have to start early.  As soon as I buy that first one then I'm on a roll.

Have picked up a few things only because Kmart was going out of business and got some good deals.  Normally I start after my daughter's birthday which is next week.

Being a procrastinator probably isn't the best thing for Christmas shopping but to be honest I'll probably wait until like the week before Christmas to do my shopping

I have already started buying gifts for my granddaughter, who is only 1 year old. I buy her clothes on a regular basis anyway and am now buying her special dress up clothes for the holidays as well as toys and books I think she might like. I always check with her mother (my daughter) first to make sure I am not wasting the money on stuff she doesn't need or want.

I have complete about 30% of my shopping.  I did that all on line.  Much easier.

I've never really started early per say, usually I start the day after thanksgiving.  Money is really tight this year so not exactly sure when I'll be able or if I'll be able to do much this year.

I started in July because some of the items I needed to get were high dollar ones. Then I realized, I got the wrong item for one of them, but I will wait and see if it still can be used since I bought it a few months ago.
I'm still building up my cash and other things with gift cards because my mom will still have to get my gifts!

I do very little Christmas shopping. I don't like all the commercialism that comes with it. However, I am planning to buy my mom and dad something. Not sure if I'll get them an individual gift or get them a collective gift.
