my house is killing me

well not really its the name of a book about allergy causing substances in your house. A few months ago i had a stuffed nose and was sneezing but no cold. I have a cat and thought i'm allergic to her or dust mites or mold. So i studied online about allergies. found out you can get an allergy when you've never had it before from cats,dust mites. The cat info told me to get wipes for her fir don't pet very much keep her out on the room. They said to get a test but i have no insurance and would be 200.00 or more. Also said to pull up the carpet and have wood floors yeah expensive. so i'm taking a decongestant and limiting my time with her keeping her out of my bedroom  works ok. Read also that if you have an allergy may never go away. A doctor gave me meds that worked and told me what kind of over the counter ones work best. Now dust mites are just there and ivacuum at least once a week, but have read to not over do that cause it jsut moves them around. Always even when cold will have air in the room leaving the door open . Loved the name of that book I knew what it was about  right away. haven't bought yet but may.
