Turkey for sure! Less fattening than ham and it definitely is not Thanksgiving without a turkey! :)  :turkey:

We have both for Thanksgiving and Christmas.  We have some in the family that does not like turkey and some that does not like ham.
Have a wonderful day!

Actually we have both.  Since my hubby passed away in 2013 me and my two sons get invited each year to my husbands youngest sisters - she bakes a turkey and I bring a ham.  LOL so we have the best of both worlds.

It's not Thanksgiving without turkey.  I used to make both when I had friends and family at my place. Now, hubby doesn't want me to cook on holidays. He orders from a local restaurant. No leftovers but I sure do miss the smell of the turkey roasting, and I DO love leftover turkey but they are too large for the 2 of us!

Sometimes we have both, or just Ham. I am not sure what we are doing this year.

We have BOTH LOL, my family is big and we make all holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc. as a potluck kind of meal.  The house where the event is been host will cook more dishes that the rest but we all bring a dish or 2 and 99% of the times is both a Turkey and a Ham or pork shoulder and a bunch of other dishes.

The pot luck way is best since it is easier for the host to enjoy and relax and not spend 3 days cooking.

They do both and I will eat them both with the same yum. I don't need to cook this year, they have so much food there plus the soda. I now cannot wait.
