Support Tickets?

So when do support tickets get answered sent one 5 days ago regarding non credit for Nielson Digital Voice $4. Also sent a follow up ticket and haven;t heard a thing yet. NDV is actively monitoring my usage and I have to sign into it each time so I know it's working but still no credit and no help from support ticket. Any ideas or should I just uninstall it???

If I were you, I would contact Nielsen Digital Voice and let them know that you signed up through your Fusion Cash Account and that you haven't received the credit for doing so.  Explain the situation to them.  I think you'll have better luck contacting NDV direct.  Question:  Are you supposed to have it installed for a certain amount of time before you get credit for it?  Could be something like that.

Another member mention in the other forum that it took her 30 minutes to install but got the credit right away.

sometimes it takes a while to get replied if there's a long line.
