Selfies

As long as they convey a message (like someplace neat you visit) and are not just one more same old boring photos, I think it's cool. I recently did one of my wife and I underneath the Eiffel Tower that brought in a few comments.

I agree.... When I see a selfie that is just about themselves, I tend to view the person as being shallow and vainglorious. However when the person takes a selfie with something interesting in the background, it gives the person more depth as a person.

I don't have a problem with it and don't care because I take selfies sometimes but I don't post it on social media, I share with friends.

It does not bother me any. If that's what they like to do, keep doing what makes you happy.

I don't pay much attention to them.  I rarely get on social media as well

It can get a little annoying if someone's entire Instagram page is just pictures of themselves, especially with the same expression. Be a little more interesting! Other than that, do what you want to do.... but get rid of the duck lips.

I think it's dumb but a little amusing.  I know people who do this at work.  I never take selfies.  I don't really want pics of myself.  I'm not attractive so I don't want to be reminded what I look like all the time.

Taking selfies is not a favorite for me.   I hate pictures of me, so I very seldom do selfies.  Some people are addicted to it and do selfies everyday.
