Who's still grilling, or has everyone put it away for the year?

My grill sat dormant all summer. Poor thing.  :(

However, it is still out there waiting hopefully. I do believe the philosophy of grilling in the wintertime.

It  is always covered and stored on patio so we always easy access to get to , we grilled a few times this summer, not sure if we will do anymore now that fall is here, but if we have a few more nice days that will be an option.

I like to grill all year long. when it snows, I just put it in the garage and cook with the door open. I love my grill :)

I love to grill and used to all year long. I haven't in a few years. I prefer charcoal and with it just being the two of us it takes too long for the charcoals to heat up the grill to grill a NY strip for 2.5 minutes each side. The cooking is quick and good but the grill then sets hot enough to cook all night. Seems like I'm wasting an opportunity so I stopped grilling for now but I know that I'll eventually pick it back up but probably only if I have quite a bit to grill.

You should investigate a hardwood pellet grill. It takes less than 10 minutes to start and warm up and shuts down even faster.

Since we still had some 70-degree days last week, we grilled outside for one of the last times for the season. In the winter if I want to grill something, I usually just use an electric, table-top grill that we have.

We didn't grill very much this summer, but usually continue to grill until well into the fall and even occasionally in the winter, particularly if we are treating ourselves to really nice steaks from Costco.
