Kimber...you are awesome and congratulations. I, too, once lost about 15 pounds (all I needed to lose) by watching my diet and exercising about 4 times per week. I ate much more healthy, ate smaller portions, cut out dessert for the most part, and took exercise pretty seriously. I wish I could do the same now. I have to work up the motivation. However, you are right. Once you re-set your metabolism by doing these things, the pounds will start taking care of themselves consistently
