How honest are you with your friends/coworkers

Altho we all have problems, people that I work with have serious issues (mainly by making very bad mistakes) but when you see/hear that someone is doing something that they shouldn't would you tell them.
I try to give my opinion honestly when someone asks me.

If someone asks me then yes, I would give them an honest opinion.  Most though, I don't think are looking for a opinion...they are going to do what they want to do.
