Sorry to hear about the pain ... believe my neck and shoulder area pain is becoming chronic for me with all this work on the PC.  It is so important to get up and move around periodically.  No human body was meant for all forms of these technical devices in the way we use them now.

I found the remedies to be helpful reminders; I made notes, too.  Like the use of eucalyptus, oils, honey, but while I like basil in dishes, I'm not so sure I'd want it as a tea (preferring green tea).

Now, if you could just get that $0.04 credit ... perhaps you didn't hit  'continue'  after slide 10?  The Weekday Times slideshows are tricky about that last 'continue,' which is very easy to overlook in tiny print.  That's what lead me to the logical step of clicking the 'X' to exit and up pops the page with "Yes, I want my rewards," which you click.  Sometimes it delays crediting.

LOL  Nobody will ever know who the top 10 worst actors are ... according to this 4-cent video??  We will never know because it's a bait-and-switch video.  No Jerry Seinfeld or anyone else ... Click on it now and it plays "Top 10 Remedies for Lower Back Pain" from the Weekday Times.  But, hey, it credited!
