community service

It's a shame when community service is taken for granted.  And it seems there is a cycle of people who have become dependent on community services so much they've not learned (nor even try) to do things for themselves. I'm all for helping and giving when I can.  I'm also no different than anyone else.  I too get my share of "help"  Thank the Lord it's available for those who need it.  There is always more we can do.  More that can be done.... it seems to be harder and harder seeing people actually doing though.
