Yeah, I like salty snacks...Chips, popcorn, crackers etc.

I eat salty snacks on occasion.  I love those flat Pretzel Chips.  So good, especially with hummus.

I don't like a lot of salt. I usually cook a little with it, especially if I eat eggs. I will sometimes eat salty snacks but not very often. I heard that sea salt is supposed to be healthier for you. High blood pressure runs in my family so I try to be careful with the salt.

I stopped eating most chip brands.. I now the only salty snack I would eat is the seaweed snack and also tortilla chip and hummus
