Making money with referrals...

okay so question... I have 12 dollars so far, but its all referrals and none of them have completed an offer. I was wondering, if I get 100 referrals and collect 100 dollars, but none of them ever do offers of anything... do they still count and do i still get paid? Im not getting fake referrals or nothing but only 1 out of like 8 have verified their phone so j/w....

If Craig's List works for you, then go for it! I have had ZERO response to Small Business Ads or even Events I tried there, but some people swear by it.

The bottom line is, a good place is anywhere that gets results for you.
