they told e y heart is pumping to fast so they are putting me on medicine to try to slow it down my bp is sky high  so for now i have to stay quiet take medicine and got to go for more testing in a few weeks  the main thing is i have to stay calm so y heart rate does not go up higher  and if it does not come down they will put me in the hospital which i do not want to do so will see what happens thanks for all the prayers in time of need

On it - prayer done!  A friend of mine has been in and out of the hospital for blood pressure problems.  Rates had soared to the point where Dr.'s looked at her and said, "how are you still alive?" The power of prayer is an amazing tool!

I'd try meditation i don't do it myself but have heard good things. I;ll bet the internet is full of info. Take care maybe watch puppy videos  or a tv show that is peaceful no action flicks.

Sometimes I feel that even the stresses of knowing someone has health issues, is enough to put one's blood pressure up. So try to take it easy. You need some rejuvenation and recouperation time.
