I've always been a cell phone person. I can't think of the last time I used my home phone but to find my cell phone.  ;)

This is sooo new to me; but I do like the idea of putting my $02 (cents) in.  We use our cell for our home phone most of the time.  We have a roll-over plan with a particular company and that really meets our needs.

We use our home phone.  Where we live you cannot rely on your cell phone to have service all of the time because of the mountains.

i rarely talk on the phone but i text, check email, facebook, etc on my cell phone several times a day. i think the only time i ever use my house phone is when its my kid's school, doctor's, etc calling, so that's not very often. my house phone probably only rings 3 or 4 times a week, and its usually a wrong number.   :)  as i'm typing this i'm wondering why i even have it?

Boy O boy did my hubby get mad at me with the cell phone!! He would buy me a phone and some how I would end up loosing it! I swear he bought me 4 in less than three months, (yes we had insurance on them but it still costs money)!
Needless to say my hubby cut me off the cell phone's for good. So i'm a home phone person, Ha cant loose a phone with a find button on the charger!!!

I use my home (landline) phone mostly.  I use my Cell phone basically for emergencies.  I would never get rid of my landline phone because the towers aren't always dependable, plus I don't like talking on the phone.

use my cell phone the most but we recently just got a Skype line that we use a lot. Definetly cheaper than a land line

Hmm...most definitely mobile for personal and professional reasons. And yea, like others not even sure why I have a land line at home ???, but then it has helped me a lot cos I give this num for all the surveys and online stuff  :notworthy:
I don't have to worry about getting charged for minutes to answer some survey people and once ur num is on the internet with marketing/research sites (not all of them), u know, u begin to get calls from 3rd party agents who are soooooooooo bent upon selling their product. :dontknow: >:(

Soon there will be a cellphone that links to your home phone. All one bill and one phone number. Great idea, why didn't i think of it. lol

Cell phone my husband and i both have one we don't own a landline. personally we just don't need one. It is a bummer when you loose your cell or misplace it but all in all i think it is beneficial you can take a cell with you so you don't have to worry about missing an important call. I love texting it is the best so you don't have to actually talk and you can't do that or facebook on a home phone landline

personally, i rely on my cell phone.
a home phone, at this point, would be an
added and unnecessary expense.

i know a lot of people who have gotten
rid of their home phones completely...
its funny to be at someone's house and
hear the phone ring, though.

its almost as foreign as the old dial-up
internet noise, haha.
[ we all have a place in history. mine is in the clouds. ]
