What inspires you to do things?

Not much!!! I'm always looking to get motivated/inspired to get up and do things, but it falls flat most of the time. The last few weeks I've had to force myself out of bed to do the most basic things. The perils of depression!

I get inspired by music. I think music was my calling and I didnt answer. I listen to all different types depending on my mood. I love to dance as well.

I enjoy cooking so I'm inspired by a new recipe or a nice cooking show.   I also like making floral designs, this gives me great inspiration.

I work out because I don't wanna deal with the health issues my Mom is dealing with. I don't ever want to end up in pain like that.
