Misleading tags for offers
« on: August 10, 2016, 08:15:40 am »
Is there a reason for the misleading information on offers. I just attempted two surveys. One marked as 8 minutes, after two pages in I am told that if I qualify I will take part in a 15 minute survey. The second was for a 10 minute survey that said after a couple of screens it would be 20 minutes. Content Carousel says you can complete 50x in 24 hours, I have yet to be able to do it twice without it saying no videos are available. It is becoming increasingly difficult to get the 5 cents needed to complete the requirement for paid to click. Most videos are problematic. Some are paid to sign up, which I don't understand why they are under the video section. Hipmunk is gone so that is no longer an option. The bottom line is why is it necessary to mislead with misinformation in order to get people to attempt surveys.

Same here . Click on an offer and then it's unavailable or kicks ya out or something else. WEIRD guess it's the luck of the draw with surveys.

The ones that bother me are when I click on a survey more for the short TIME estimate than the potential payout amount and am told relatively early on that I don't qualify, BUT they offer to send me to an alternate survey guaranteeing the same payment amount.  When I clicked, I was more concerned about doing a 5-10 minute survey for minimal payment. Now I am faced with the unknown - they could easily toss me to a 30 or 45 minute survey = but justify it by guaranteeing the same payout!!  I always decline these bait and switch offers.

This is not just a FC problem. This sort of thing happens on most of my sites and I am on a lot of sites.

surveys are just a hit or a miss. Many are misleading but others are accurate.  While I have had some bad experiences with surveys, I have had many more good ones. Otherwise, I would not keep attempting surveys.

Videos are sometimes available but other times are not. They remain on our pages because they will go live or be available sometime in the future, hopefully.

Keep trying. Check videos all day and night long. Same with surveys.

I have been on FC many years and this site is among the best of its kind. As I said in the first sentence, the problems that you have described occur on all my sites.

The one thing that griped me is when doing a survey, It tells me at the end , quota exceeded. after they have my answers.
