Do you eat zucchini?

Yeah I like zucchini too.  Recently I made a dish I saw on fb.  Ya take zucchini, egg plant & squash...make long pees and roll them up.  Stand them up side by side in a casserole dish.  Whisk a few eggs, add shredded cheese, salt and pepper.  Pour over the rolled up veggies and bake.  I didn't add egg plant.  Don't like it.  But everyone in the family enjoyed it.

I love zucchini, it's easy to grow so I have to figure out different ways to cook a boatload of it every summer. My favorite is sliced into coins and roasted with some panko breading and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Zucchini is one of my favorite veggies.  I especially like to make like "spaghetti" using my spiralizer.  It comes out great and taste fabulous cause you just saute it a little with some garlic, salt, pepper and what ever other seasonings you like.

We eat zucchini in soo many ways... you know they can be eaten raw too?? Lately there are all these tiny machines you can buy that yu can cut your zucchini with and make spaghetti out of it... sooo yummy!

I love zucchini a lot don't have it that often its like a rare treat for me but it oh so good mmmmmmmmmmmm

I haven't made any in ages but the next time I make spagetti I am going to put one in the sauce I usually put one, an onion and a red or green pepper yummy.  The greek restaurant in our town has breaded and fried and it is awesome.

Zucchini is one of my favorite vegetables. I eat it raw with ranch dressing, bake it in different dishes
and sometimes put it in stir fry.
