Always make appointment. That office is always busy here too. Good luck on your business.

We applied online and had no problem.  It was definitely less of a hassle than going in person, even with an appointment.

had a appointment today and sat there for 6 hours and never got to speak to anyone go figure so i will try again to make appointment and hopefully they see me

I would also contact them online or by telephone.  There's no reason to sit there for that length of time unless you actually have an appointment where someone is expecting you.

Have a great day!

Go online and see if you can get what you need from there. I did not have to wait very long last time I went to office.

It's better to go online because every time you go to the office there's a problem, you never see the same person of you don't see anyone at all.

I don't remember having any problem going to the office, but that was 16 years ago. Whatever it took, it was well worth it.

Going to the social security office is so so aggravating.  It is always packed and they don't get in any hurry so people don't get seen.  It is a pain for sure.  Hopefully things will go better for you next time.

Husband and I both were able to apply online, very easy.  Benefits started as scheduled.   My only problem is every six months I get an email from SS telling me I have to change my password.  If I don't change it I won't be able to log in.  I understand the security measures being taken and I appreciate it but personally, it's a pain.    ;D

I can see where it would take forever to get in to see someone in that office.  Good luck!

Keep trying. I hope you can solve all your problems with the Social Security Administration.
