Question about support ticket

I thought I opened a support ticket last night. However, today when I went to support tickets started by me there were 2 of them. They were older ones which were closed. I have not done this in a long time. Does it take more than a day to show up? Do I need to do another one? Help please. Thanks.

Support Tickets have changed. After typing and submitting your support ticket, some results will pop up. If the items are of no help, you need to indicate so and only then can you submit your new support ticket.

I think FC was getting too many unnecessary support tickets where the questions were asked many times offer.

Thanks for your reply. What I read in the pop ups was some help but not a full answer for me. Guess I will try to open one again. Enjoy the rest of the week and thanks again.
