i TRIED IT BACK IN THE 1970'S..........IT TASTES LIKE A PORK CHOP WITH A LOT OF FAT ON IT,   Something to eat in an emergency but I wouldn't order it at my local fast food location.

I've had snake don't know it it was a rattler.  I didn't like it, it tasted like an old tire smells.  It was in a soup.  I liked the blood though  tasted like Kool-Aid.  I had it from this place.

I could never eat snake, let alone any other meat than chicken, beef, or pork. Makes me want to

That is weird,but i guess if i were stranded on a island with no food i'd eat a rattle snake. Blood that taste like Kool-aid...that's the first time i've heard that.

I have never eaten rattlesnake or snake. My husband has and he said it takes like chicken. I have heard it has good nutritional value

I had a chance to eat snake at a truck stop in Norfolk, Va. one time but I chickened out.
